This is to inform that CITI Bank is undertaking maintenance activity for performance enhancements. This maintenance would take 1 hour of downtime as per the schedule mentioned below,
Date - Friday January 20, 2012.
Period - 00:05 Hrs to 01:05 Hrs (IST).
Duration - 1 Hour.
This will impact customers who try to avail products/ services on our website and choose to use CITI PG - VISA/MASTER CARD (Credit & Debit) payment option to facilitate their payment.
NOTE: However Other Payment Options will not be affected during this maintenance activity and will be fully functional.
